Refund & Cancellation Policy — The Spanglish Travelers

We understand that travel plans may change. The following terms apply to all reservations:
Deposits

- A deposit per student is required to secure a place. It might change depending on the program selected.

- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Balance Payments

- Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to program departure.

- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the student’s place may be cancelled without refund.
Cancellations

- Before 90 days prior to departure: refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

- 61–89 days prior: 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

- 60 days or less: no refund available.
Special Circumstances

- In case of documented medical emergencies or force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic-related restrictions), partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
Program Changes

- The Spanglish Travelers reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for minor changes.
Insurance
The Spanglish Travelers offers travel insurance for every traveler. If our insurance coverage doesn’t cover what families would like, we strongly recommend purchasing complementary travel insurance.
