By enrolling a student in a program with The Spanglish Travelers, parents/guardians (“you”) agree to the following terms:
Enrollment & Eligibility
- Programs are open to students aged 13–17.
- A deposit secures enrollment. Balance is due 60 days before departure.
Health & Safety
- Parents must disclose all relevant health, dietary, and medication information.
- Students must carry health insurance covering international travel.
- The Spanglish Travelers staff will provide 24/7 supervision, but parents accept inherent risks of international travel.
Code of Conduct
- Students agree to follow rules regarding safety, curfews, alcohol, drugs, and respectful behavior.
- Violations may result in dismissal from the program without refund, with parents responsible for early return costs.
Travel Documents
- Parents are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel authorizations.
Flights
- Families may book flights independently or through our travel partners.
- The Spanglish Travelers is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or lost baggage.
Liability
- The Spanglish Travelers, its staff, and partners are not liable for injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage beyond what is covered by insurance.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Media Release
- Unless opted out, parents grant permission for use of student photos/videos for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain and the United States (New York jurisdiction).
