By enrolling a student in any program, course, or service offered by The Spanglish Travelers (“we”, “our”, “us”), the parent or legal guardian (“you”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment
Our programs are designed for students generally aged 13–17, unless otherwise stated.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the program’s start date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
Payment Schedule & Enrollment Commitment
A deposit confirms the participant’s intention to enroll but does not guarantee participation until the full balance is paid.
Final program arrangements and group placement are secured only once full payment has been received.
Enrollment generally closes 60–75 days prior to departure. Late enrollments may be accepted only upon full payment and subject to availability.
2. Health, Safety & Medical Responsibility
Parents/guardians must fully disclose all relevant medical, dietary, allergy, and medication information.
By enrolling, you authorize The Spanglish Travelers and its staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for the student if necessary and you accept responsibility for any medical costs not covered by insurance.
3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in international educational travel and activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, transportation incidents, criminal acts, delays, and acts of nature.
You expressly acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of the student and release The Spanglish Travelers, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any liability, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Limitation of Liability
The total liability of The Spanglish Travelers shall not exceed the amount paid for the program. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or punitive damages.
5. Conduct & Dismissal

Serious violations may result in immediate dismissal without refund. Parents are responsible for all costs related to early return.
